RGMMC Group Champions of the Future Mulsen

Champions of the Future – Mülsen – Round 3 Schedule

Heading north for the RGMMC Group organisation. After Italy and Spain, the Champions of the Future lands in Germany at the Motorsportarena Mülsen for its third round from 4th to 6th June. This time brings a change of scenery: while the majority of the OK and OK-Junior grid was familiar with Valencia, Mülsen is making its debut on the series calendar. It is a brand-new track for most drivers, introducing plenty of unknowns to clear up from the very first laps.

The format, however, remains unchanged. The Champions of the Future event precedes the third round of the FIA Karting European Championship OK/OK-Junior by one week, which will be joined by the second round of the Academy Trophy Senior, scheduled on this same circuit from 11th to 14th June. The insights gained over the weekend will therefore hold significant value well beyond Saturday’s final standings.

On Thursday, a 10-minute non-qualifying practice session precedes the Qualifying Practice (6 minutes per group starting at 10:55), followed by the first 12 Qualifying Heats beginning at 14:00. On Friday, the action resumes with the remaining 18 heats. That makes thirty heats in two days to determine the starting grids for the Super Heats. Saturday morning features two Super Heats per category, with the Finals taking place in the early afternoon.
