Before the scheduled track time on the second day of the Winfield Volant, the first day is of great interest to the young drivers. “Our Volant aims to find the best, but includes a significant component of talent detection,” said Frederic Garcia, President of Winfield Group. “To be successful, a driver must be fast, but not only that. For these reasons, several evaluation and training workshops have been set up by Winfield with the help of experienced professionals. For the young drivers, the day began with the receipt of the driver equipment (overall, clothes …), before quickly being immersed in the heart of the subject: a physical evaluation with 321 Perform, presentation of the ??Mygale FIA F4, study of the dynamics of the car, the engineer-driver relationship, a lap of the track narrated by qualified instructors and top level drivers, and so on.
No doubt the pressure will rise during the event!
