There was a mix of wet tyres and slicks for the first OK Qualifying session of the WSK Super Master Series at Adria. Smooth drivers were the best performers. Jonny Edgar (Exprit / TM), Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / TM) and Javier Sagrera (CRG / Parilla), shone alternately in the lead, while Vincent Fraïsse (Sodi / TM) fought fiercely in the top three. Hiltbrand finally took the lead with 58”261, relegating Edgar and Fraïsse by .350”. Luigi Coluccio (Birel ART / TM) was 4th and Sagrera 5th, Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR / Parilla) 10th, and Ugo Gazil (KR / Parilla) 17th.
Only slicks were popular in the second session. Marijn Kremers (Birel ART / TM) competed with Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart / Vortex), and Roman Stanek (Tony Kart / Vortex) was in the lead. Franco Colapinto (CRG / Parilla) responded, Kremers followed the pace, while the positions kept changing… Kremers ended up taking pole during the last two laps with a time of reference, 53”332, three tenths ahead of Callum Bradshaw (CRG / TM), with David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex) 3rd. Nielsen missed the end of the session and had to settle for 22nd place.
