Mary-Ann Horley was a freelancer for Karting magazine from 2003 to 2009, and became the editor in 2010 and she was made redundant as of last Friday. She’d like to thank the owner and publisher Mark Burgess for giving her so many opportunities over the years and teaching her so much, and she hopes he finds enjoyment and fulfilment in whatever he does next.
Mary-Ann is not in a position to wait weeks or months for Karting magazine to be resurrected and she needs to make a start on something. She has heard repeatedly over the last week how karting needs a magazine or newspaper. Recent informations have reinforced that feeling and she is delighted that TPS is spreading. If no one buys Karting magazine then she hopes TPS becomes an asset to the sport.
The first issue of the new weekly magazine is now out, follow this link to download as a PDF. This week it’s just a newsletter without photos and next week it will be a little more sophisticated. TPS will be released on pdf until it gets approval from Apple to sell it through the App Store, and other formats like Android, Kindle, print…
