Mans Grenhagen (Energy / TM) dominated the KF2 pre-final without sharing the lead, overtaking the poleman, Chris Lock (Tony Kart / Vortex) at the beginning of the race. Brandon Maisano (Intrepid / TM) successfully came back to the front as he finished 3rd in from 14th place on the grid. Matteo Vigano against lost out when he was struck by Karol Basz who was too optimistic in the entry to the “S”. Michal Fousek spent a long time in 3rd position, then was fifth for a large part of the race before finishing 7th.
Behind the leading trio, Ben Cooper took a place that meant he would start well for the final, beating Smarrazzo who came from a long way back as well as Matteo Beretta. Starting from the last row, Felice Tiene had a good run up to 9th. Sami Luka made up 14 places, finishing 11th.
