At the end of the 15 Qualifying Heats, the OK-Junior trifecta remained unchanged in Trinec for the second round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series. Poleman Dries van Langendonck (Exprit/TM) took five wins to maintain his lead over Lewis Wherrell (Exprit/TM) and Jindrich Pesl (IPK/TM). Christian Costoya’s (Parolin/TM) behaviour in his last race did not please the stewards who penalised him by 10″, enough to deprive him of a victory and send him back to 14th position instead of a possible top three. Thibaut Ramaekers (KR/Iame) came home in 4th place with a win while Alfie Slater (LN/Vortex) moved up from 11th to 5th place. Jack Iliffe (Parolin/TM) and Filippo Sala (Sodi/TM) were two of the most convincing drivers in this particular race and moved up three places to 6th and 7th. Iacopo Martinese (KR/Iame) and Eliott Kaczynski (Tony Kart/Vortex) maintained their positions in 8th and 9th ahead of Zac Drummond (Parolin/TM) who dropped back to 10th. In 12th place, Oleksandr Bondarev (KR/Iame) had moved up eight places, Markas Silkunas (Tony Kart/TM) had moved up 19 places to 18th position while David Cosma Cristofor (KR/Iame) moved up from 38th to 23rd. Andy Consani (Parolin/TM) was 27th (-14 pl), Louis Cochet (Sodi/TM) 33rd (-2 pl), but the weekend was already over for Maël Le Marchand (OTK/Vortex) 87th and Lisa Billard (Exprit/Vortex) 91st.
