Under a clear blue sky and a very pleasant temperature, Swiss driver Kian Fardin (Energy/TM) kept the lead at the start of Super Heat A. Enzo Tarnvanichkul (Tony Kart/Vortex) quickly moved up to 2nd place. On the third lap, he went on the attack, but in a twist of fate, he collided with the leader just as he was about to attack him. Forced to retire, the two drivers lost precious places on the starting grid of the Final.
Waiting in ambush, the Pole Jan Przyrowski (Tony Kart/Vortex) recovered the lead and held on until the end despite the superb comeback of Dmitry Matveev (Tony Kart/Vortex) from 15th place. The German Simon Rechenmacher (KR/IAME) took 3rd place ahead of Sweden’s Scott Lindblom (CRG/TM), the Briton Nathan Tye (Sodi-TM) and Kirill Dzitiev (Tony Kart/Vortex), who improved by 13 places!
Anatoly Khavalkin (Parolin/TM) was not intimidated at the start of Super Heat B and was in the lead on the first lap ahead of Hungarian Martin Molnar (Energy/TM). German driver Taym Saleh (KR/IAME) quickly took over from Molnar in 2nd place. The group of leaders remained compact for a long time with Norwegian Marcus Saeter (Tony Kart/Vortex) at the back of the group.
Khavalkin held on until the end and won. On the last lap, Molnar overtook Saleh and Saetter took the opportunity to move up to 3rd position. The Spaniard Lucas Fluxa Cross (KR/IAME) and the Colombian Salim Hanna (LN/Vortex) were 4th and 5th in front of the French driver Jules Caranta (Energy/TM), who once again made good progress (+10 places). Chinese driver Zhenrui Chi (KR/TM), who started 4th and was forced to retire, was the main loser of this race.
