Borys Lyzen (POL) maintained his lead in Prefinal A despite pressure from Markas Silkunas (LTU). Christopher El Feghali (LBN) crashed at the back of the field after an incident. Mateja Radenkovic (BEL) took 1st place before the halfway point, while Artemiy Melnikov (RUS) was 3rd ahead of Jensen Burnett (CAN). The outcome remained uncertain with a compact group from 4th place. Lyzen remained in the wake of leader Radenkovic, more than a second ahead of Silkunas. Radenkovic was nevertheless 2 tenths ahead of Lyzen. Silkunas finished 3rd by 2”, followed by Melnikov and Rostyslav Kostyna (POL). El Feghali was back in 18th position.
Dovydas Gudelvicius (LTU) took the lead over Arata Endo (JPN) at the start of Prefinal B, followed by Toms Strele (LVA) and Arata Endo (JPN), then Juliusz Ociepa (HUN) and Mathis Carnejac (FRA). The race was very close, especially between the top nine drivers. The last two laps were epic. Gudelvicius won 1.5 tenths ahead of Endo, with Ociepa 3rd, and Scott Marsh (GBR) was 4th ahead of Mikita Siniabok. Carnejac secured an interesting 7th position, Tom Langlois (FRA) finished 11th with a gain of three places, Matthéo Dauvergne (FRA) regained 14 places to finish 15th, but Paul Grisel (FRA) had lost 13 places finishing 26th.
Lyzen maintained his lead in the standings ahead of Radenkovic, Endo and Orciepa. Carnejac was 9th for the Final, Langlois 25th and Grisel 33rd. In 47th, Dauvergne did not reach the Final.
