It was a small field in KZ2 with only 29 drivers starting the WSK Super Master at Sarno on March 30th. Several favourites including Paolo De Conto, Patrik Hajek and Anthony Abbasse abstained this time. Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) beat his team-mate Matteo Vigano (Tony Kart / Vortex) with a time of 56”307, while Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart / Vortex) completed Tony Kart Racing’s success in 3rd position. Alessandro Giardelli (CRG / TM) followed in 4th position ahead of Giuseppe Palomba (Intrepid / TM). Bas Lammers (Lion Kart / TM), 6th, was slightly faster than Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM). Adrien Renaudin (Sodi / TM) took 14th place, Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM) 19th and Jean Nomblot (Sodi / TM) 23rd.
