The first of the three timed sessions for 60 Mini initiated an interesting game of observation, like indoor cycle races. One of the two groups was driving for more than a lap, the drivers assessing and placing themselves before storming the clock. Nikita Andreas Johnson (Parolin / TM) was finally two tenths behind Coskun Irfan (Parolin / TM) with 53”030. Gianluca Costantino (Italcorse / TM) took 3rd place ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli (Energy / TM) and Keanu Al Azhari (Parolin / TM). Jimmy Helias (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 20th.
The second session proved faster than the first with Giuseppe Jacopo Cimenes (Evokart / TM) posting an excellent 52”909 in front of Tymoteusz Kucharczyk (Parolin / TM). Cristian Bertuca (Evokart / TM) finished 3rd, Ean Eyckmans (Energy / TM) 4th and Francisco Soldavini (Parolin / TM) 5th. On his debut, Jules Caranta (Kosmic / Vortex) took 22nd position in his group. The third session waited for the last moment to come into action, a strategy that probably did not change the overall result of these Qualifying sessions much. Martinius Stenshorne (Parolin / TM) was led by his team-mate Akshay Arjun Bohra (Parolin / TM), credited with pole position in the category with 52”843. Francesco Amendola (Birel ART / TM) was 3rd, Joel Bergstrom (IP Karting / TM) 4th and Ariel Elkin (IP Karting / TM) 5th.
