The long series of 21 qualifying heats of the KZ2 International Super Cup began on Friday after Qualifying. After six races, the strong men were Benjamin Persson (CRG / TM), Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM), Marco Zanchetta (Maranello / TM), Riccardo Longhi (Birel ART / TM) and Daniel Stell (Mach 1 / TM). Troy Loeskow (Ricciardo / TM), Alexander Schmitz (Tony Kart / Vortex), Ariel Levi (Sodi / TM), the revelation of this start of the meeting, Rokas Bacisuka (Sodi / TM), Francesco Celenta (Praga / TM) and Max Tubben (CRG / TM) have achieved good results in the top three. In the KZ World Championship, Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) honoured his pole position by winning the first heat 1.3 ” ahead of Jérémy Iglesias (Formula K / TM), followed by Marijn Kremers (Birel ART / TM). Paolo De Conto (CRG / TM) was 4th ahead of Davide Foré (Righetti / TM), with Simo Puhakka (Kosmic / Vortex) taking 7th place ahead of Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex).
Patrik Hajek (Kosmic / Vortex) then won Heat C-D after a very good start. Jordon Lennox-Lamb (Tony Kart / Vortex) was delayed when the lights went out then impressed by taking 2nd place in the winner’s wheeltracks. Fabian Federer (CRG / TM) finished 3rd ahead of Flavio Camponeschi (CRG / TM) and Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart / Vortex).
The weather is overcast and a few drops began to fall on Saturday in the early afternoon.
