Alex Connor was quick to give up the lead to Benjamin Thiry, while Fraser Brunton took 3rd place in front of Adrien Le Floch. Thiry escaped ahead of Connor, but the battle deepened for 3rd place between Brunton, Le Floch and Tom Emson who had joined them. Further back, Tom Delfosse attacked to redo the ground lost at the start of the race. Le Floch was 3rd ahead of Emson, the holder of the fastest lap, halfway through. The Briton soon surpassed the Frenchman. Connor lost two places due to a penalty and found himself 4th in front of Emson on lap 10. Far behind Thiry, Brunton and Le Floch competed for the 2nd place until the finish. Sure of his victory Thiry raised his foot and won 1.1” ahead of Brunton and Le Floch. Connor finished 4th by 2.7”, followed by Emson. Kamal Agha kept 6th place throughout the race.
