Qualified at the last minute via the repechage were Emil Skaras, Richard Verschoor, Andreas Jochimsen, Rokas Baciuska, Alexander Dahlberg and Marco Maestranzi. Leading until the last lap, Maxime Potty unfortunately was savagely attacked by Anton Haaga before the finish.
Ben Hanley (Croc Promotions / TM) was next to Felice Tiene (CRG / Parilla) alongside him on the front row of the KF Prefinal, followed by Alexander Vartanyan (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Tom Joyner (Zanardi / TM). Starting as the leader, Hanley headed Joyner while Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex) went 3rd ahead of Tiene. Hannes Janker (CRG / Parilla) quickly climbed into fifth position followed by Casper Roes (FA Kart / Vortex) in front of Vartanyan. Verschoor retired after a slow motion first lap. On the fourth lap Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) dropped out after being tackled by Lennox-Lamb and Juan Correa (Energy / TM) who slipped to the back.
Lorandi grabbed 2nd position with Janker on his bumper. Martijn Van Leeuwen (CRG / TM) was back in 6th position with a gain of five places. Hanley continued to increase its lead, which was 1.2′ in mid-race. The French driver Alexandre Gadois (Kosmic / Parilla) maintained a good pace in 14th position. Janker attacked Lorandi for 2nd place and Van Leeuwen was now close to the Italian. The overtake was on the 10th of 14 laps. Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart / Vortex) was still 8th without regaining ground. Hanley was heading for a victory, but we were watching the duel for 2nd place between Janker and Van Leeuwen who distanced Lorandi. Van Leeuwen put all his effort into the battle as evidenced by the fastest time on the penultimate lap, but stood firm against Janker at the flag.
Hanley was victorious with Janker 2nd, Van Leeuwen 3rd, Lorandi 4th, Joyner 5th, and the ranking was surprising with Roes 6th, Tiene 7th and Nielsen 8th. There was a beautiful 12th for Gadois ahead of Benjamin Lessennes (CRG / Parilla), the Portuguese Sousa Yohan (Zanardi / TM) came back to 18th place with a gain of nine places ahead of Andreas Jochimsen (Kosmic / Vortex), coming from the Repechage and taking over 12 positions.
