Luca Giardelli (Tony Kart / TM) opened the second round of the WSK Super Master Series at Castelletto with the fastest time in qualifying in 60 Mini ahead of Leonardo Marseglia (CRG / TM) and Luca Griggs (CRG / TM). However Marzio Moretti (Tony Kart / TM) took control in the qualifying heats, followed by Dennis Hauger (CRG / TM), Marseglia, Mattia Muller (Energy / TM) and Giuseppe Fusco (Tony Kart / TM ) in 5th. On a wet track, Moretti retained the lead in Prefinal A which he won by a large margin against Marseglia and Fusco, while Hauger was ahead of Muller in Prefinal B, with Alberto Negro (Top Kart / TM) 3rd and Leonardo Papalia (Tony Kart / TM) 4th.
Hauger escapes immediately in the final lead in pouring rain, followed by Muller, who beat Moretti and Papalia.
