Although KF has a chronic shortage of participants, KF-Junior is the most lively international category. There are many unknowns among the 83 entered for the 20th Winter Cup at Lonato, but a few names stand out. After the first races of the year, Christian Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex) logically are highly rated. We can expect great performances from Nikita Volegov (Tony Kart / Parilla) and Bogdan Fetisov (Tony Kart / Parilla), Ulysses De Pauw (BirelART / Parilla), Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex), Felipe Drugovich (Kosmic / Vortex), Sun Yue Yang (FA Kart / Vortex) and the young Noah Watt (FA Kart / Vortex), Lorenzo Colombo (Tony Kart / LKE) and Marta Garcia (PCR / TM).
The French contingent will number five, but remember the glorious history of this country in karting when there were 16 drivers in this category in 2011, not so long ago, when it was the most numerous nation. Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer (Tony Kart / Vortex) is the first after his recent performances in the south of Italy along with Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and the beginner Timothy Peisselon (Kosmic / Parilla ) who has already been noticed. Tom Leuillet (BirelART / Parilla) and Alessandro Brozzoni (PCR / TM) will open their 2015 season at Lonato.
