Anton Haaga (Kosmic / LKE) was the first to go under 48” in the first group in qualifying in KF Junior at the WSK Master Series at La Conca. But the signal to attack was given and everyone hurried. Mick Junior (Tony Kart / Vortex), Enaam Ahmed (FA Kart / Vortex) and Max Fewtrell (FA Kart / Vortex) vied for first, followed by David Beckmann (Tony Kart / Vortex). Charles Milesi (Tony Kart/Parilla) moved up to 6th. James Pull (Tony Kart / Vortex) moved up to first place at the very end of the session, but it finished with Fewtrell top with a time of 47” 410 ahead of Beckmann, Ahmed, Pull, Mick Junior 5th, Juan Correa (Energy / TM) 6th and Clement Novalak (Kosmic / Vortex) 7th.
Then Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex) that opened the hostilities in the 2nd group ahead of Davide Lombardo (Exprit / Vortex). Lorenzo Travisanutto (PCR / TM) joined in ahead of Alex (DR / TM). Daniel Ticktum (Zanardi / Parilla) then raised the level and Presley Martono (Tony Kart / TM) entered the top 3 followed by Konsta Lappalainen (Tony Kart / Vortex). Ticktum set the bar pretty high with his 47” 250 lap, but Lombardo managed to stay ahead with a 47” 196. Sargeant finished 3rd, Martono 4th and Lappalainen 5th.
