In fourth position, Mick Betsch (Tony Kart / Vortex) confirmed his improvement with an even mix of speed and consistency. The Spaniard Guillermo Russo (FA Kart / Vortex) was ahead of Nikita Sitnikov (Tony Kart / BMB) in fifth, always there when needed. The Russian was ahead of Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Enaam Ahmed (FA Kart / Vortex).
Ranked 13th after a problem in heat 1, Max Fewtrell (FA Kart / Vortex) is nonetheless a driver to watch, as is his teammate Thomas Bale (FA Kart / Vortex), who has made a great debut into the category this season. Unhappy with the power of his engine, Bryan Elpitiya (Zanardi / Parilla) is nonetheless in 16th place, while success didn’t come to the other two French drivers racing, Gabriel Aubry (Birel / TM) in 46th and Arthur Lehouck (Lenzo / LKE) in 52nd.
