MIR and the CIK-FIA have signed a collaboration agreement for apparel to be used in international races, for the third year in a row.
MIR Raceline, a company with 30 years’ experience in the production of karting and motorsport apparel, for the third consecutive year, has again agreed with the CIK-FIA to be the official apparel provider for the 2012 race season.
THE MIR – CIK-FIA DEAL
As per the agreement signed, MIR will provide the International Karting Commission with all suits for the Academy Trophy, the competition dedicated to the world’s best drivers ages 13 to 15 that in 2012 runs on three rounds, featuring identical engines and chassis for all participants. It is within this context of standard “material” that MIR will act as official suit provider for all the drivers who will compete in Angerville (France) on August 26th and Bahrain on November 10th, after having battled in round one on the Braga track (in Portugal).
MIR’S COMMENT
Bruno Mazzeschi, Chief of MIR, expresses his pride for the recognition received with this agreement:
“The greatest satisfaction doesn’t simply come from having the collaboration renewed, but from the recognition and appreciation of our products’ safety standards that comes with it. Our product line encloses the noble art of Italian craftsmanship, which is appreciated and recognized all over the world.
And it is precisely the excellence, care, and passion that we’ve been weaving in over 25 years’ of work that leads an organization as devoted to top safety standards as the CIK-FIA to rely on us to be represented on the most prestigious international circuits.”
