Valentin Moineault (Tony Kart / Vortex) started perfectly at the lights in the KF2 final, closely followed by Victor Compere (Kosmic / Vortex), Remy Deguffroy (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Vincent Fraïsse (Sodi / Parilla ). Charles Leclerc (ART GP / Parilla), starting last, was soon to return to the top group, enjoying the freshness of his tyres.
Deguffroy quickly took 2nd in the wake of his teammate Moineault, the fastest on the track. On lap seven, he joined Leclerc and passed Fraïsse to take fourth. Sébastien Bailly (Swiss Hutless / TM) was in sixth ahead of the excellent Paul Boutonnet (Tony Kart / Parilla) who had gained two places. Fastest lap and third place went to Leclerc. Deguffroy suddenly stopped before half distance.
Ever increasing the pace, Leclerc took second place, 2.5” from the leader, Moineault. But the gap stabilized at around 2” and Valentin Moineault took a great victory over Charles Leclerc, who set the fastest lap, and Victor Compere. Boutonnet finished 4th, Bailly 5th, Laloux 6th and Fraïsse 7th.
