As usual, the KF3 final began with a dramatic crash that eliminated Callum Ilott (Zanardi / Parilla) and Erwan Julé (Tony Kart / Parilla). Paolo Besancenez (Sodi / Parilla) was unruffled and pulled away in the lead with Arthur Lehouck (Sodi / Parilla) in 2nd, followed by Bryan Elpitiya (Zanardi / Parilla).
In the sixth of the 21 laps, Besancenez was 1.7” ahead of Romain De Leval (Kosmic / Parilla) and Gabriel Aubry (Birel / TM). Julien Darras (Tony Kart / Parilla) made a good comeback, already in seventh behind Gautier Becq (Sodi / Parilla), and Max Defourny (PCR / Parilla), who was another victim of the prefinal. Meanwhile Dorian Guldenfels (Sodi / Parilla) climbed back to 11th behind that. But then Darras fell to 18th.
Besancenez continued to widen the gap at the front with the fastest lap. Bécamel closed on Aubry, in third. Elpitiya redid some of his handicap in fifth, ahead of Matteo Raspatelli (Tony Kart / Parilla). Jules Bollier (Kosmic / Parilla) and Jeremy Demarque (Sodi / Parilla) were ahead of Defourny in eighth and ninth place. Lehouck pushed to get back into the top 10.
It was a clear victory for Paolo Besancenez ahead of the Belgian Romain De Leval and 3rd place for Gabriel Aubry, Bécamel fourth, Elpitiya fifth.
