Antonio Fuoco disrupted the first meters of the KF2 final of the WSK Masters Series in Muro Lecesse twice by over-enthusiasm. This fortunately did not prevent Felice Tiene (CRG / BMB) taking the lead with a small gap to Max Verstappen, followed by Tom Joyner (LH / BMB), Pavel Rudakov (Tony Kart / BMB) and Sam Snell (Energy / TM).
Verstappen pushed, but the gap remained about ½ second in the opening laps. Paolo Ippolito (Kosmic / Vortex) took fifth place, Damiano Fioravanti (Tony Kart / Vortex) sixth. By mid-race, Verstappen was slightly closer to Tiene, Joyner was very isolated in third position, while Ippolito seized fourth to the detriment of Rudakov. On lap 14, Verstappen and Tiene were close, but it was clear that the Dutch driver had given all he could. Tiene had not had the last word and gained a little distance to his opponent.
At the wheel of his CRG / BMB prepared by the Czech tuner KVS, Felice Tiene took a beautiful victory ahead of a fantastic driver, Max Verstappen. Joyner finished third from Ippolito, Rudakov and Fioravanti.
