Tereza Gromanova (Kosmic / Vortex) and Yu Kanamaru (Tony Kart / Vortex) struggled to get going. It was a successful was for De Vries, while Albon suffered a bit. Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Ignazio D’Agosto (Tony Kart / Vortex) were behind the Dutch driver, but Albon recovered his second position after the first lap.
