The WSK Euro Series weekend in Lonato was more successful for Beitske Visser than the Margutti Trophy. In fact, the young Dutch driver’s Intrepid/TM was one of the best in the KZ2 category from timed qualifying to the final race, with the second podium step to reward Visser.
However, the South Garda track it not easy in 125 gearbox and the arrival of spring-like temperatures thwarted the ambitions of several drivers. Beitske remained undismayed: she was 4th in timed qualifying, then third in the pre-final and finally concluded the meeting in second place. Thanks to this fantastic performance, she is now second in the WSK provisional standings.
Her next major rendezvous will be once again in Italy, at the debut of the European KZ2 Championship in Sarno, from 8 to 11 April.
