The KF2 final was on a dry track, despite a few paradoxical drops throughout the 21 laps. An excellent start for Loïc Reguillon (Sodi / Parilla) from David Da Luz (Zanardi / Parilla). Chatin crashed with Autiero and was heavily delayed. Sébastien Bailly (Tony Kart / Vortex) started well and was in second before the end of the 1st lap. Jimmy Antunes (Sodi / Parilla) took the 4th place from Nicolaj Moller Madsen (Energy / TM). Later the Swede Jesper Rossler (Birel / Parilla) got caught up with the Dane who fell down the rankings.
On the 4th lap, Bailly launched an attack on Reguillon which he recovered from a few turns later and protected himself by a building larger gap. Da Luz slowed slightly, which benefited the Energy of Joel Johansson. Clement Bluy recovered well but then lost time in a daring maneuver. Guillaume De Ridder (Kosmic / Vortex) was re-accustomed to his former team and was fast at the end of the first race. Maxime Bornert (Fa Kart / Parilla) and Kenny Vermeylen (Tecno / Parilla) were very sharp and displayed some good passes finishing 8th and 9th from Da Luz.
The captain of the French team, Yvan Muller, applauded the victory of Loïc Reguillon, while the Bailly clan welcomed second place from Sebastian. Johansson was 3rd ahead of Antunès and De Ridder was 5th.
