The CIK-FIA European Championship for OK and OK-Junior is arriving in Germany this weekend, in the south of Bavaria, for their penultimate meeting of 2018. So far, the races have not revealed any real favourite and the Ampfing competition could change the game. 190 drivers appear on the entry lists. There will probably be a few less to take the track, but the number is still consistent.
The weather looks fine and warm over the 1063m track, the shortest on the calendar, located in a quarry. The risk of rain is real however for Sunday.
The schedule of the event is as usual for the CIK-FIA with three official Free Practice sessions (15′) on Friday before Qualifying starting at 15:55. 24 heats are scheduled for Saturday between 9:30 and 18:25. Another six will be completed on Sunday morning from 10:30 to 12:25 before the Finals from 14:00 to 15:30.
The lists of entries can be found on www.cikfia.com. See the detailed schedule below.
