The Mini U10 Prefinals of the third round of the WSK Super Master Series took place in Sarno under a partly blue sky with a temperature of 15°.
Giacomo Giusto (Parolin/TM) was immediately followed by Albert Tamm (Parolin/Iame) who took the lead over Leonardo Gorski (Parolin/Iame) on the second lap. Niccolo Perico (Energy/TM) came back in 3rd ahead of Maximus Unt (Tony Kart/TM) and Giusto. Antoine Venant (KR/Iame) was 15th. The two team-mates from Babyrace Driver Academy, Tamm and Gorski, gradually distanced their opponents. Tamm resisted the threat from Gorski to win. Unt was 3rd by 1,4” whereas Giusto was 4th in front of Nikita Botte (Lenzo/LKE). Venant finished 11th.
Oleksandr Legenkyi (KR/Iame) took the lead on the first lap against Daniil Kutskov (Parolin/Iame). Alex Molota (EKS/TM) was 3rd ahead of Alessandro Truchot (Parolin/TM) and Henri Kumpen (Parolin/Iame) 5th. The top four was very compact, more than 1,3” ahead of Sebastian Eskandari Marandi (Tony Kart/Vortex) in P5. Truchot, who set the fastest time, moved up to 3rd at the halfway point, while the two frontrunners were wheel to wheel. Kutskov regained the lead on the penultimate lap. Legenkyi replied on the last lap with Truchot in his wake, but Kutskov finally won by 9 thousandths against Legenkyi. Molota finished 3rd ahead of Truchot and Eskandari Marandi.
