Poleman after the OK-Junior Qualifying of the third round of the WSK Super Master Series in Sarno, Ukraine’s Oleksandr Bondarev (KR/Iame) from KR Motorsport fought hard to keep his lead against the comeback of Ward Racing’s Elliot Kaczynski (Tony Kart/Vortex) of Sweden. Colombian Salim Hanna Hernandez (LN/Vortex), also a two-time winner, took 3rd place. Scott Kin Lindblom (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Tiziano Monza (Parolin/TM) finished tied to complete the top five. Zac Drummond (Parolin/TM) was handicapped by a retirement in the first race, but his two victories meant that he was still in 6th place on Saturday evening against Filippo Sala (Sodi/TM). Alp Hasan Askoy (Tony Kart/Vortex) gained 14 places in 8th position ahead of Christian Costoya (Parolin/TM) +10 places and Dries van Langendonck (Energy/TM). Jindrich Pesl (IPK/TM) dropped back to 11th, while Louis Cochet (Sodi/TM) suffered a series of setbacks and ended up 46th.
