Latvian Tomass Stolcermanis confirmed his pole position in the Junior MAX Qualifying Heats of the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in Bahrain. He increased his lead with three wins in three races. However, Kai Rillaerts (BEL) was also deserving of a top place, holding on to 2nd place while others dropped down the order. Jayden Thien (NLD) took advantage of the situation to move up five places to 3rd ahead of Edgars Vilcans (LVA) and Enzo Bol (NLD) who moved up 19 positions. Téo Blin (FRA) moved up three places to 7th, despite a spoiler penalty. Mirai Nishida (JPN) was back in the top 10 with a gain of 23 places. Pacôme Weisenburger lost ground in 23rd place, notably following a 10″ penalty. Antoine Broggio (FRA) moved up 24 places to 28th and Paul Alberto (FRA) finished 35th with a gain of 19 places. Elio Saintpaul’s hopes ended there.
