Session 1: The dominant Alexander Vartanyan (Tony Kart/Vortex) improved again on the last lap – 50″786 – while Karol Basz (Kosmic/Vortex) rose to 2nd place, by 85 milliseconds, just before the end of the session. Hannes Janker (CRG/Parilla) finally beat Tom Joyner (Zanardi/TM) and Juri Vips (FA Kart/Vortex). Benjamin Lessennes (CRG/Parilla) was 9th and Alexandre Gadois (Kosmic/Parilla) 10th.
Session 2: Felice Tiene (CRG/Parilla) ahead of Dionisios Marcu (Tony Kart/Vortex) with 51” 030, which gave him 6th in the provisional classification. Lorenzo Travisanutto (Tony Kart/TM) took 3rd place ahead of Juho Valtanen (Kosmic/Vortex).
Session 3: Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart/Vortex) had an undeniable with two remarkable laps, including the fastest, 50″678, which assured him of pole position in the category. But the third session was not the fastest; Richard Verschoor (Exprit/Vortex) finished 2nd by 0.373″, ahead of Ben Hanley (Croc Promotions/TM). Juan Correa (Energy/TM) finished 5th and François Bécamel (Kosmic/Parilla) 6th.
Behind the superb performance of Nielsen, Vartanyan and Basz in top three, Joyner was 5th and Hanley 10th. There was a good 18th place for Gadois, and finished 23rd just behind Juan Correa (Energy/TM).
