On a wet track at La Conca, Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart / Vortex) has taken two wins before losing in the last due to a performance deficit. Twice second, Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) won masterfully in the third heat and took the lead in the intermediate classification. After 20th in Qualifying, Egor Stupenkov (Tony Kart / Vortex) quickly regained his deficit, moving up to fifth in heat 1. He won the second heat, although as he had cut the track on the formation lap, the Russian was given a penalty of 10”, before taking 2nd place in the last heat. He is on the 3rd row with Emil Skaras (Tony Kart / Vortex), who was very effective in the rain.
Behind these four drivers, fast and consistent, the gaps widen. Casper Andersen Roes (FA Kart / Vortex) is in 5th ahead of Richard Verschoor (Exprit / Vortex) and the pole-sitter Tom Bale (FA Kart / Vortex). Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex) had problems, but was convincing in battle especially for the win in heat 3, which allowed him to move back to 8th position. Lorenzo Travisanutto (PCR / TM) is 9th ahead of Max Fewtrell in 10th, then Alexander Vartanyan (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Marco Maestranzi (Top Kart / Parilla). The French driver François Becamel (Kosmic / Parilla) is in 19th after problems in the last heat.
