The Italian Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex) has managed to retain the leadership in KFJ at La Conca, during the qualifying heats for the WSK Master Series, with three wins in four races. However, the British driver Lando Norris (FA Kart / Vortex) is on the same score with two wins and two 2nd places, asserting himself as a protagonist of undeniable class. The Russian Nikita Sitnikov (Tony Kart / BMB) and another Briton Max Fewtrell (FA Kart / Vortex) haven’t given up on the idea competing for the win in final on Sunday, making up a quartet who hold all the options.
However, all competitors must pass the test of two prefinals in which only the top 17 in each group will qualify for the decisive race. Of the French drivers, we will follow the progress of Julien Darras (Tony Kart / Vortex), eighth despite a small penalty, or even Gabriel Aubry (Birel / TM), 24th after an early retirement, but who set the fastest lap in another of his heats.
