KZ2 were the first to go onto Sarno track for qualifying at the last round of the WSK Super Master Series. The weather was quite nice, although slightly cloudy. The hierarchy of the 23 drivers evolved until the very end of the session, the times were constantly improving with a few surprises. Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished ahead on the last lap with a time of 1’03”286, or 15 thousandths faster than Simo Puhakka (CRG / Maxter). Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) took the 3rd place 0.074” ahead of Paolo De Conto (CRG / Maxter) in 4th two thousandths further back. Marijn Kremers (BirelART / Parilla) finished 5th and Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) 6th, all these drivers within a tenth. Although in 8th, the performance of Arnaud Kozlinski (Sodi / TM) is nice to see after his crash in the final of the European Championship there a few days ago.
